Malik Davis: Goes back to practice squad

Davis reverted to the Cowboys' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Davis was elevated for the second straight week with fellow running back Rico Dowdle (ankle) sidelined on IR during Sunday's win over the Lions. However, the rookie once again exclusively played on special teams (16 snaps), and he has yet to record a carry in his NFL career. Davis is now eligible for one more game-day activation from Dallas' practice squad this season.
