Report: Texans sign third-round pick Jaelen Strong

The Texans have signed third-round draft pick Jaelen Strong , according to a report from FOX Sports. 

Strong was considered by some draft analysts to be a first-round talent at receiver, making his fall to the third round rather surprising. Strong played college football at Arizona State, where he totaled 1,165 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2014.
