Thursday morning was not a good morning for the Nashville Predators.

Not long after general manager David Poile was taken to the hospital for being hit in the face by a puck, the team's play-by-play announcer Pete Weber was hospitalized after suffering a heart attack.

The team announced that Weber underwent a successful heart procedure at a St. Paul, Minn. hospital. The organization said that he will remain hospitalized for a couple of days and will not call Nashville's final two games before the Olympic break.

The great news it that Weber seems to be doing well.

Weber has been the Predators' play-by-play voice since the team's inaugural season in 1998-99.
