LSU freshman running back Derrius Guice was transported to the hospital on Wednesday after passing out during a workout. The Times-Picayune reports that Guice was treated for dehydration and a low blood sugar reaction, both of which could be caused by working out.

In a good sign, Guice took to his Twitter account on Wednesday night; however, according to him, he was not working out when he passed out.

Whatever happened, the good news is that everything appears to be all right.

Guice was a four-star member of LSU's 2015 recruiting class and was ranked as the No. 5 running back in the 2015 class. While Leonard Fournette is still expected to be LSU's workhorse on offense, most people believe that Guice will see carries for the Tigers in 2015.
