Browns' Myles Harden: Inactive with shoulder issue

Harden (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Harden logged limited practices throughout the week but won't play play in Sunday's game. Another defensive back will have to take over at slot cornerback, with Sam Webb as the primary candidate to start the game.
