Joseph-Day (pectoral) was designated to return from injured reserve Friday, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.
Joseph-Day has been sidelined since undergoing pectoral surgery in early November but is now back at practice for the Rams. He totaled 38 tackles and three sacks in seven games before going down with the injury, and he would bring a boost to Los Angeles' defensive front if he's able to return during the playoff run. However, he won't be ready in time for Sunday's matchup with the Buccaneers and is at least a week away from potentially being activated, according to Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic.
