Brayden Point C | TB
Lightning's Brayden Point: Scores on power play
Point scored a power-play goal and went minus-2 in Friday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Canadiens in Game 3.
Point's marker was his first time on the scoresheet over three games to open the postseason. He's added five shots on net, two blocked shots and a minus-3 rating while occupying a top-six role. Point and the Lightning have been in the playoffs in nine straight campaigns, and prior to this year, he had accumulated 44 goals and 45 assists over 92 postseason contests. Point led the playoffs in goals in both 2020 and 2021, which ended with the Lightning hoisting the Stanley Cup in each of those years, so he can elevate his offense at this time of the year.

Lane Hutson D | MON
Canadiens' Lane Hutson: Nets game-winner in overtime
Hutson scored the game-winning goal, fired two shots on net, added three hits and blocked four shots in Friday's 3-2 overtime win over the Lightning in Game 3.
Hutson tallied on a blast from the point just 2:09 into the extra session to give the Canadiens the win and a 2-1 series lead. The 22-year-old defenseman has earned two goals, one assist, 10 shots on net, seven blocked shots and three hits over three playoff outings so far. The Canadiens will continue to lean heavily on their top blueliners, so expect Hutson to see lofty ice-time totals.

Frederik Andersen G | CAR
Hurricanes' Frederik Andersen: Set to start Saturday
Andersen is expected to guard the road goal against Ottawa on Saturday in Game 4, Cory Lavalette of the North State Journal reports.
Andersen is coming off a 21-save performance in Game 3's 2-1 win over the Senators on Thursday. He has surrendered only three goals on 83 shots in Carolina's first three contests of the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Hurricanes can advance to the second round if they secure a victory in Saturday's matchup.

Arturs Silovs G | PIT
Penguins' Arturs Silovs: Tending twine in Game 4
Silovs will be between the road pipes against Philadelphia in Game 4 on Saturday, according to Josh Yohe of The Athletic.
The Penguins have their backs against the wall after going down 3-0 to the Flyers in the opening round of the playoffs. Stuart Skinner started each of those contests. Silovs was 19-12-8 with a 3.07 GAA and an .887 save percentage across 39 regular-season appearances in 2025-26. The Flyers have found the back of the net 11 times during the first three games of the series.

Emil Andrae D | PHI
Flyers' Emil Andrae: Unavailable Saturday
Andrae (upper body) has been ruled out of Saturday's home clash in Game 4 versus Pittsburgh, Adam Kimelman of NHL.com reports.
Andrae was injured in Game 1 on April 18 and has yet to return to the lineup. Andrae had two goals, 11 assists, a plus-15 rating, 68 hits and 58 blocked shots across 61 regular-season games in 2025-26. Noah Juulsen will remain in the lineup in Andrae's absence.

Alexandre Texier LW | MON
Canadiens' Alexandre Texier: Two points in OT win over Bolts
Texier scored a goal and added an assist Friday during the Canadiens' 3-2 overtime win over the Lightning in Game 3 of their first-round series.
Texier opened the scoring early in the first period before picking up the primary helper on Lane Hutson's game-winner. The points were Texier's first of the postseason, matching his production from his final 12 regular-season contests. He also has nine hits and four shots on goal through three outings this playoffs.

Dan Vladar G | PHI
Flyers' Dan Vladar: Tending twine in Game 4
Vladar (arm) will patrol the home crease against Pittsburgh on Saturday in Game 4, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Vladar appeared to sustain an injury to his right arm in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Penguins in Game 4. However, he will return to the crease in Saturday's matchup with a chance to advance to Round 2 with a victory. Vladar has gone 3-0 this postseason while stopping 70 of 74 shots.

Zack Bolduc C | MON
Canadiens' Zachary Bolduc: Two helpers in Game 3 win
Bolduc notched two assists Friday during the Canadiens' 3-2 overtime win over the Lightning in Game 3 of their first-round series.
Bolduc picked up his first points of the playoffs by helping set up Alexandre Texier's first-period tally and Lane Hutson's game-winner in overtime. Montreal's third line of Bolduc, Texier and Kirby Dach combined for two goals and six points in Friday's win. Bolduc has gotten onto the scoresheet only three times in his last 20 games, so Friday's performance may not spark an offensive surge.
-
Kirby Dach C | MON
Canadiens' Kirby Dach: Two-point effort in OT win
Dach produced a goal and an assist Friday during the Canadiens' 3-2 overtime win over the Lightning in Game 3 of their first-round series.
After assisting on an Alexandre Texier tally in the first period, Dach tied the game at 2-2 midway through the second. Montreal's third line did the heavy lifting in this one, with the unit of Dach, Texier and Zachary Bolduc combining for two goals and six points. Dach's points were his first of the series. He's unlikely to emerge as an offensive threat after managing eight goals and 15 points over 37 games during an injury-plagued 2025-26 regular season.

Jakub Dobes G | MON
Canadiens' Jakub Dobes: Comes away with OT win in Game 3
Dobes stopped 15 shots Friday during the Canadiens' 3-2 overtime win over the Lightning in Game 3 of their first-round series.
The Bolts grabbed a 2-1 lead early in the second period, but Dobes shut the door the rest of the way, getting a big assist from a Habs defense that allowed only four shots on net after the second intermission. The 24-year-old netminder sports a 2.45 GAA and .892 save percentage to begin a series that has seen all three games go to OT, and he'll look to give Montreal a commanding 3-1 lead in Game 4 on Sunday.
