From Alabama to Wisconsin and all points in between, we set out to identify the top high school baseball team in every sport.

Barbe (Lake Charles, La.), DeSoto Central (Southaven, Miss.) and Farragut (Knoxville, Tenn.) all finished the 2019 season ranked among the Top 10 teams in the country and they all start the 2020 season as the top team in their respective states.

For a look at last week's feature on the top player in every state, click here. Top teams were not selected for Montana and Wyoming as governing bodies in those states do not sanction baseball.
