Stephen Drew gets qualifying offer from Red Sox

The Boston Globe reports that the Red Sox made a qualifying offer to free agent shortstop Stephen Drew on Monday. Drew now has one week to determine if he will accept the team's one-year, $14.1 million deal.
In his first season in Boston, Drew hit .253 with 13 home runs and 67 RBI in 124 games.
