Giants' Devin Singletary: Gets 11 touches in Week 10
Singletary rushed eight times for 20 yards and caught all three of his targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Bears.
Singletary ceded most of the rushing workload to Tyrone Tracy (14 carries for 71 yards), but the former finished with a two-yard advantage in scrimmage yards (73 to 71). Most of Singletary's yardage came on a 41-yard catch on a fourth-quarter pass from Russell Wilson, who came into the game after Jaxson Dart suffered a concussion in the second half. Singletary should continue to platoon with Tracy, but expectations for the Giants' offense would be low if Dart doesn't play in Week 11 against the Packers.

Giants' Devin Singletary: Leads Giants RBs with 10 touches
Singletary rushed eight times for 43 yards and caught both of his targets for eight yards in Sunday's 34-24 loss to the 49ers.
Singletary outplayed Tyrone Tracy in the first game after Cam Skattebo's season-ending ankle injury. Tracy turned five carries and four targets into 37 scrimmage yards. The Giants' only rushing touchdown of the game was scored by Jaxson Dart, who also led the team with 56 rushing yards. The rookie quarterback will likely remain involved in the rushing attack against the Bears in Week 10, but Singletary and Tracy both look poised to maintain significant roles while splitting carries in the aftermath of Cam Skattebo's season-ending ankle injury.

Giants' Devin Singletary: Likely to move into larger role
Singletary appears likely to serve as the Giants' No. 2 running back moving forward after starter Cam Skattebo suffered a season-ending ankle dislocation in Sunday's 38-20 loss to the Eagles, Art Stapleton of NJ.com reports.
Skattebo's injury will likely thrust Tyrone Tracy back into the No. 1 role, while Singletary should settle in as Tracy's backup. The Giants also seem likely to add another tailback to the 53-man roster, which could mean that Dante Miller will get elevated or signed off the team's practice squad. After Skattebo was hurt in the second quarter Sunday, Tracy logged seven carries and drew two targets on a 64 percent offensive snap share while Singletary tallied two carries and one target on a 19 percent snap share, which could hint at how the time will be split between the pair moving forward. Singletary didn't gain any yards on his two totes but notched a 28-yard reception on his only target. He also gained 51 yards on a pair of kick returns in the loss.

Giants' Devin Singletary: Continues to have minor role
Singletary rushed twice for two yards in Sunday's 33-32 loss to the Broncos.
Despite the fact that New York entered the fourth quarter having built a 19-0 lead, Singletary continued to spend almost the entire game on the bench. His two carries came on consecutive plays late in the second quarter, and he logged just one additional offensive snap in the contest. The veteran running back got some extra looks when Tyrone Tracy was sidelined with an injury in Weeks 4 and 5 (and for part of Week 3), but while Tracy and No. 1 back Cam Skattebo are healthy, Singletary will be relegated to few opportunities in the Giants offense.

Giants' Devin Singletary: Gets limited looks in Week 6 win
Singletary rushed three times for 10 yards and didn't log any receiving targets in Thursday's 34-17 win against Philadelphia.
Singletary continued to get a bit of work even with the return of Tyrone Tracy to New York's backfield, but neither Singletary nor Tracy did anything of note. Meanwhile, rookie Cam Skattebo continued to cement his status as the team's workhorse back with 19 carries for 98 yards and three touchdowns along with two catches for 12 yards. Skattebo was on the field for 71 percent of the Giants' offensive plays, followed by Tracy at 30 percent and Singletary at a modest six percent (four total snaps). Given that usage, it appears Singletary will fade back into the No. 3 RB role when both Skattebo and Tracy are healthy, giving the veteran very little fantasy value.

Giants' Devin Singletary: Held in check Sunday
Singletary rushed six times for 20 yards and caught one of two targets for four yards in a Week 5 loss to New Orleans on Sunday.
For the second straight week, Singletary worked as New York's No. 2 RB behind Cam Skattebo. That role didn't yield much production for the veteran ball carrier, however, as he totaled a modest 24 yards on seven touches. Singletary's six carries and 20 rushing yards were actually third on the Giants -- Skattebo ran 15 times for 59 yards, while QB Jaxson Dart rushed seven times for 55 yards -- though no other tailback on the team took an offensive snap. Singletary's time as Skattebo's backup may be coming to an end, as Tyrone Tracy (shoulder) was able to practice last Friday in a limited fashion before ultimately being deemed inactive. With that said, New York has a short turnaround with a Thursday matchup against Philadelphia on tap, so Singletary could get one more chance to log a handful of carries Week 6.

Giants' Devin Singletary: Runs for 28 yards in Week 4 win
Singletary rushed seven times for 28 yards and was not targeted in Sunday's 21-18 victory versus the Chargers.
With Tyrone Tracy (shoulder) sidelined, Singletary was the only Giants RB other than Cam Skattebo to get action on offense. While Skattebo was deployed as the clear lead back -- he logged 57 offensive snaps to Singletary's 19 -- the latter finished with season-high marks in both touches and yards. Singletary remains an unappealing fantasy asset in most formats, but he figures to continue seeing a slight uptick in usage for as long as Tracy is unable to suit up.

Giants' Devin Singletary: In line for increased role
Tyrone Tracy is slated to miss time after dislocating his shoulder in Sunday's loss to the Chiefs, per Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com, so Singletary likely will move up to the Giants' No. 2 RB role.
It's unclear at this point how long Tracy will be sidelined, but it's likely that he'll miss at least next Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Chargers, and there's a very real possibility that he'll be sidelined beyond that contest as well. Rookie Cam Skattebo was impressive in racking up 121 yards from scrimmage (60 rushing and 61 receiving) while taking on the bulk of the backfield work Sunday night, and he's the obvious choice to move up to the RB1 role while Tracy is sidelined (and possibly beyond). Singletary wasn't a big part of the team's offense against the Chiefs despite Tracy's early exit, but he did log a season-high four carries and 11 rushing yards while also serving as the team's top kick returner with 134 return yards. The Giants may ultimately decide to deploy Skattebo in a workhorse role, and the club will likely add a running back to the game-day roster (possibly Dante Miller off the practice squad) while Tracy is out, but regardless, Singletary seems to be in line for at least a slight bump in usage in the short term.

Giants' Devin Singletary: Nets zero yards in minor role
Singletary rushed once for four yards and caught his only target for minus-4 yards in Sunday's Week 2 overtime loss to Dallas.
In a significant development for Singletary's role on offense, rookie Cam Skattebo led New York with 11 carries and 45 rushing yards while starter Tyrone Tracy netted 51 yards on nine touches (five rushes and four receptions). Skattebo's effectiveness Sunday will likely earn him more work going forward, while Tracy isn't likely to be phased out of the offense, especially given his skill set as a receiver. That presumably leaves Singletary to fend for scraps, diminishing what was already minimal fantasy viability. Through two weeks, the veteran RB has logged just 14 offensive snaps, tallying five touches (four carries and one catch) totaling a meager nine yards.

Giants' Devin Singletary: Nets only nine yards in opener
Singletary rushed three times for nine yards in Sunday's Week 1 loss to Washington.
Singletary didn't get his first carry until the second quarter. He gained eight yards on his second rush attempt but combined for just one yard on his other two carries. Tyrone Tracy was New York's clear lead back with 50 offensive snaps Sunday, while Singletary got 10 and rookie Cam Skattebo logged eight. Both Tracy and Skattebo gathered two catches in the passing game while Singletary didn't even get targeted, so among the trio, Singletary emerged with the least encouraging performance. The Giants' ground game -- and offense as a whole -- struggled in Week 1, though, so it may take another contest or two to get a good handle on how the workload in the backfield will end up being divvied.
