Jaguars safety Johnathan Cyprien (calf) will not practice Wednesday, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.
After leaving Week 1's game against Carolina early with a calf injury, Cyprien was unable to go in Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Cyprien has been a consistent stopper in the run game recording back-to-back years of more than 100 tackles, so his status is worth monitoring as the week progresses.
If he is unable to go, Josh Evans (two tackles against the Dolphins) could get the start once again.
