Almost three years after Aaron Hernandez moved out, his home finally on the market. The 5,647-square-foot house in Massachusetts was listed for sale this week at a price of $1.499 million.
The Colonial-style home in North Attleborough has a finished basement, a "custom, gourmet kitchen" and a giant master bedroom. The bedroom includes a "private balcony, gas fireplace, wet bar with refrigerator, oversized master bath has jetted tub, double vanity and tiled shower."
There's also a three-car garage, a game room and a in-ground pool that includes a cabana.
A judge ruled in August that the home could be sold to help pay for possible costs that may arise from a wrongful death lawsuit that's been filed against Hernandez.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom house was originally purchased by Hernandez for $1.3 million in November 2012.
Hernandez hasn't lived there since June 2013, when he was arrested and charged with murder in the death of Odin Lloyd. Hernandez was convicted of the killing in April 2015 and sentenced to life in prison.
Hernandez is also expected to go on trial later this year for a double-murder that took place outside of Boston in July 2012.
