Lakers' LeBron James: Cleared to play vs. Pistons

James (ankle) will be available for Thursday's game against Detroit, Rod Beard of the Detroit News reports.

James was once again listed on the injury report with a sprained ankle, but as has been the case for every game this season, he'll ultimately take the floor. The Lakers will, however, be without Anthony Davis (quad) on Thursday, so Kyle Kuzma will enter the lineup in his place.
