Kendrick Perkins departs with dislocated finger

Thunder center Kendrick Perkins was forced out of Friday's contest against the Warriors with a dislocated left ring finger. It was the same injury suffered in the preseason for Perkins.

Perkins was ruled out for the remainder of the game. He went 1 of 2 shooting from the field and finished with four points, three rebounds, two steals and one block in 12 minutes before getting hurt.
