While Michigan State was celebrating its incredible special teams touchdown in the Michigan end zone, one fan in Michigan Stadium was being treated for a heart attack.

Diane Brown, a spokeswoman for the University of Michigan division of public safety, told MLive.com that the fan was rushed to the hospital just after the game ended. Brown said the EMS responders were "going into the stands right after the game ended" and performed CPR on the scene before transporting the fan to an ambulance.

No update on the fan's condition, via Michigan or MLive.com, is available at this time.
