Duvall isn't in the Red Sox's lineup for the second game of Thursday's doubleheader against the Yankees, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.
Duvall went 0-for-3 with a walk and a run scored during Boston's win in Game 1, and he will sit out the nightcap. His absence will allow Wilyer Abreu to start in center field and bat sixth.
