Sanders met with with the Lakers in Los Angeles on Monday, Mike Bresnahan of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
Out of the NBA since 2014, Sanders has recently ramped up his efforts to the return to the league following a string of drug-related violations. Still only 28 years old, Sanders could be viewed as an intriguing rim-protector, though he's always struggled on the offensive end, and it's difficult to imagine he's improved as a player over the last two-plus years. That said, expectations for Sanders would be low, and any team expressing serious would understand the risk he carries.
