Cozens dished out two helpers -- one on the power play -- in Wednesday's 5-1 win over Toronto. Cozens assisted on Jacob Bryson's first goal of the season on a Buffalo power play just 2:26 in before adding a helper on Kyle Okposo's third-period marker, which finished the scoring. Cozens, the seventh overall selection in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, has a pair of multi-point performances in his last three games and 29 points in 52 games this season.

Cozens finished with a goal and an assist in a 3-1 win over the Senators on Tuesday. Cozens had only one point in his previous five games since coming out of COVID-19 protocols, but he was a solid contributor Tuesday, scoring the game's opening goal with 12:07 gone in the first period. The 20-year-old center has built off his numbers from last season and is on pace to double the 13 points he put up in 2020 as a rookie. Cozens has nine goals and nine assists through 36 games this season.
