Rodgers is expected to play in Week 10 after being out in Week 9 when he was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Given the narrative of everything that happened with Rodgers over the past week, I expect him to light up the Seahawks at home. Rodgers averages 30.0 Fantasy points per game in Lambeau Field in three games this season, and he averaged 28.6 Fantasy points per game at home last year. Seattle's defense has played well of late and hasn't allowed a quarterback to score more than 18 Fantasy points since Week 4, but that shouldn't concern you. Rodgers will be a top-five quarterback if he plays as expected.

Ryan had a rough game in Week 8 against Carolina with seven Fantasy points, but he rebounded last week at New Orleans with 31 points. He's now scored at least 21 Fantasy points in four of his past five games, and we should view the Panthers game as an aberration. Calvin Ridley (personal) is out again, but you can still trust Ryan in this matchup. Dallas has allowed an average of 22.3 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and four quarterbacks have scored at least 23 points against the Cowboys this season.

Wilson is back for this matchup against the Packers after being out since Week 5 with a broken finger, and he should return with a strong performance. The Packers, who have allowed five quarterbacks to score at least 21 Fantasy points this season, could be without defensive tackle Kenny Clark (back) and cornerback Eric Stokes (knee), along with long-term injuries to pass rusher Za'Darius Smith (back) and cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder). Wilson, who scored at least 25 Fantasy points in three of his first four games, should go off in a shootout against Rodgers.

Carr went flat in Week 9 at the Giants when he scored just 11 Fantasy points, but he should rebound this week against the Chiefs. He's scored at least 22 Fantasy points in three of four home games this year, and he had 27 and 29 Fantasy points against the Chiefs in two meetings last season. Kansas City allows an average of 24.3 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and hopefully this game is a shootout between Carr and Patrick Mahomes.

Bridgewater has been inconsistent as a Fantasy quarterback this season, but he has scored 23 Fantasy points in two of three games with Jerry Jeudy on the field. He has upside as a streaming option this week against the Eagles, who have allowed three of their past four opposing quarterbacks to score at least 21 Fantasy points.

In the first game without Derrick Henry (foot) in Week 9 at the Rams, we didn't see much difference from the Titans offense. Their running back trio of D'Onta Foreman, Jeremy McNichols and Adrian Peterson combined for 22 carries, and Tannehill was under 30 pass attempts for the fifth time in the past seven games. As a result, Tannehill scored just 15 Fantasy points. We'll see if anything changes against the Saints, who allow an average of just 18.8 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, but Tannehill isn't worth starting in one-quarterback leagues this week. For the season, he's averaging just 17.9 Fantasy points per game.

Mayfield scored at least 20 Fantasy points for just the second time all season in Week 9 at Cincinnati. He might have to throw more in Week 10 at New England if Nick Chubb (illness) remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list, but I still don't expect a huge performance from Mayfield. The Patriots allow an average of just 16.2 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and Mayfield is only worth using in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues.

Cousins is more of a bust alert than a must-sit option, but this is a tough matchup for him at the Chargers, who are No. 4 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. Cousins scored 25 Fantasy points in Week 9 at Baltimore, but he scored his first rushing touchdown this season to support his stats. He was under 200 passing yards for the second game in a row, and he has scored 15 Fantasy points or less in three of his past five games. For the season, the Chargers have allowed just 10 passing touchdowns with six interceptions, and only Mahomes in Week 3 and Mayfield in Week 5 have scored more than 18 Fantasy points against this defense, including matchups with Lamar Jackson, Dak Prescott, Carr and Jalen Hurts. Cousins is only worth using as a low-end starter in deeper one-quarterback leagues.

As of Wednesday morning, we expect Murray to start for the Cardinals after being out in Week 9 with an ankle injury. We'll see if Murray is 100 percent, and also if DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) will return for the Cardinals. Murray could benefit if the Panthers are without pass rusher Brian Burns (ankle), but Carolina allows an average of just 17.4 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this year. And Murray, when he wasn't dealing with an ankle injury, has stopped running of late with just 38 yards on the ground combined in his past four games. I would still start Murray as a low-end No. 1 Fantasy quarterback in most leagues, but I don't love this setup for him, especially if Hopkins is out.
