Neal exited Thursday's game against the 49ers in the fourth quarter with an apparent ankle injury, Charlotte Carroll of The Athletic reports.
Neal appeared to roll his ankle while attempting to make a tackle after Daniel Jones was picked off toward the end of the game. The severity and exact nature of the injury are unclear, but he did not retake the field.
