  • Jordan Eberle RW | SEA

Kraken's Jordan Eberle: Goal, assist in win

Eberle scored a goal on five shots and added a power-play assist in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Mammoth.

This was Eberle's first multi-point effort of the campaign. He had gone two contests without a point but has otherwise been one of Seattle's more consistent forwards. The 36-year-old winger is at four goals, five helpers, 28 shots on net, 10 hits, 11 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 11 appearances on the year. He's earned six of his points on the power play, but his even-strength offense should come around eventually.

  • Kraken's Philipp Grubauer: Prevails over Mammoth

Grubauer stopped 33 of 36 shots in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Mammoth.

Grubauer picked up a second straight win with this performance. He's now started four of the Kraken's last five games, earning seven of a possible eight standings points in that stretch. That makes him the hot hand, though head coach Lane Lambert has made sure Joey Daccord doesn't sit for too long. Grubauer is 4-1-1 with a 2.76 GAA and a .907 save percentage over seven games. With the Kraken off to a 7-3-1 start as a team, whichever goalie is starting is a viable fantasy option for managers chasing wins. The Kraken will be tested in their next game when they host the Wild on Saturday.

  • Dylan Garand G | NYR

    Rangers' Dylan Garand: Last-minute heartbreaker

Garand made 30 saves Thursday in a 5-4 loss to Toronto.

It was a sloppy game through and through, and the winning goal was a heartbreaker -- it came with 28 seconds left in the third period. Neither Garand nor Sergei Bobrovsky of the Leafs got real support from their respective squads in this game. Garand is now 4-3-1 with one shutout, 2.30 GAA and .915 save percentage.

  • Marco Rossi C | VAN

Canucks' Marco Rossi: Records helper in return

Rossi posted an assist in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Red Wings.

Rossi missed the previous two games due to an illness. He snapped a seven-game point drought by helping out on a Jonathan Lekkerimaki tally in this contest. Rossi has three goals, two assists, 16 shots on net, 15 hits and a minus-4 rating through 10 appearances this season. He can do better on offense and will be a fringe candidate to be rostered in standard fantasy formats.

  • Canucks' Elias Pettersson: Strikes on power play in loss

Pettersson scored a power-play goal, added two PIM and doled out two hits in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Red Wings.

Pettersson has two goals and an assist over his last three contests. The 27-year-old center has been relatively steady on offense to begin 2026-27, a welcome change compared to recent years. He's now at four goals, eight assists, 17 shots on net, 32 hits, 12 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating through 12 appearances. Half of his 12 points have come with the man advantage, but if it keeps him productive, that's good enough. He's shown point-per-game potential before, but his 23.5 shooting percentage is bound to decline eventually.

  • Canucks' Jonathan Lekkerimaki: In on both goals in loss

Lekkerimaki scored a goal on two shots, dished a power-play assist and added three hits in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Red Wings.

Lekkerimaki continues to be a bright spot in what's shaping up to be another dark season in Vancouver. This was his first multi-point effort of the campaign, though he's been a beacon of consistency for a low-scoring team. Lekkerimaki is at four goals, five assists, 18 shots on net, nine hits and a minus-1 rating across 12 appearances so far, mainly in a middle-six role with power-play time.

  • Rangers' Mika Zibanejad: Keeps putting up points

Zibanejad had a goal and an assist in a 5-4 loss to Toronto on Thursday

Zibanejad has 11 points (three goals, eight assists) and 22 shots in 12 games this season. He sits three points behind Alexis Lafreniere and Adam Fox, who both have 14. Just two of Zibanejad's points have come on the power play, a place where he scored 35 of his 78 points last season. More will come when the Blueshirts start clicking more with the man advantage.

  • Canucks' Kevin Lankinen: Yields five goals in loss

Lankinen stopped 26 of 31 shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Red Wings.

Lankinen's losing streak is at seven games, and it's looking more likely that his season-opening win was just good fortune. He's allowed at least five goals in five of his eight appearances so far, and he's starting to lose time to Leevi Merilainen. Lankinen has a 6.18 GAA and an .807 save percentage, making him virtually unplayable in fantasy. The Canucks have another hard game ahead when they host the Wild on Sunday.

  • Red Wings' Albert Johansson: Secures helper in win

Johansson notched an assist in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

This was his first point of the campaign. Johansson has filled a bottom-four role for much of the season so far, though his 19:44 of ice time Thursday was his second-highest total of the year. Through 10 appearances, he's added 13 shots on net, 12 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating. Johansson has a total of 21 points across 153 games in his NHL career, so he's unlikely to be a steady source of offense.

  • Adam Fox D | NYR

Rangers' Adam Fox: Massive four-assist outburst in loss

Fox delivered four assists in Thursday's 5-4 loss to the Maple Leafs.

It was Fox's third career four-assist game. Only two Rangers defenders have as many: Brian Leetch (six) and Brad Park (five). Fox has eight assists in his last five games and 14 helpers in 12 games so far. He leads all defenders and sits second overall in the NHL in that category.
