  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Opens scoring in Saturday's victory

Rossi found the back of the net on two shots and went plus-1 in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Islanders. Rossi's 19th goal of the campaign opened the scoring at 3:19 of the opening frame -- he received a pass from Matt Boldy in the slot and fired a wrist shot past Ilya Sorokin's blocker. This was Rossi's first point through four games in February. The left-shot center heads into the break with 28 assists, 47 points and a plus-15 rating over 56 appearances. The 23-year-old has already set new career highs in assists and points, and he'll look to add to his totals when Minnesota resumes play Feb. 22 in Detroit.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Two-pointer in win

Rossi scored a goal on one shot and logged an assist in Thursday's 4-0 win over Montreal. He also blocked a shot and recorded a hit. Rossi was left unmarked by Montreal defenders and beat Jakub Dobes with a wrist shot from the left faceoff circle. It was the first tally in seven games and 18th goal of the season for Rossi, who later assisted on Devin Shore's third-period tally. Rossi's 12 points over 12 games helped the Wild overcome a recent 12-game stretch without star forward Kirill Kaprizov (lower-body injury), and Minnesota will need him to do that again. Kaprizov is facing surgery and a four-week absence. Rossi has 46 points through 52 games.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Manages helper in win

Rossi provided an assist in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks. Rossi has five helpers over his last five contests. He hasn't let a demotion to the second line impact his play much over the last two games, but it could have a negative effect in the long run. The center is at 44 points (10 on the power play), 90 shots on net and a plus-18 rating through 50 appearances this season, which is already better than what he did in 2023-24 (40 points in 82 games).

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Three helpers not enough in loss

Rossi recorded three assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Flames. All three helpers came in the final six minutes of the third period as Rossi nearly single-handedly engineered a comeback from a 4-1 deficit. The 23-year-old center has delivered three or more points three times in the last 12 games, erupting for five goals and 14 points over that stretch, and his 43 points on the season (17 goals, 26 assists) in 49 appearances are already a new career high.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Generates helper Saturday

Rossi provided an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Predators. Rossi helped out on a David Jiricek tally in the first period. Over eight contests in January, Rossi has racked up three goals and five assists while playing in a top-line role. The 23-year-old center has matched his 82-game point total from last year with 40 points through 46 outings in 2024-25. He's added 87 shots on net and a plus-15 rating, offering steady offensive metrics in his second full campaign.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Strikes on power play in loss

Rossi scored a power-play goal on four shots, added two hits and went minus-2 in Wednesday's 5-3 loss to the Oilers. Rossi has two goals over his last three games. That's decent, but it pales in comparison to the four goals and 12 points he racked up over a nine-game span from Dec. 18 to Jan. 4. The 23-year-old center is up to 17 goals, 39 points (nine on the power play), 85 shots on net and a plus-15 rating through 45 appearances. He needs just one more point to match his total from 82 contests in the 2023-24 regular season.

Rossi scored a goal on three shots and went plus-3 in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sharks. Rossi was held off the scoresheet in the Wild's previous two contests following a four-assist game last Saturday against the Hurricanes. The 23-year-old center got his offense going again with a goal 5:51 into this game. He's up to 16 tallies, 38 points, 79 shots on net, 29 hits, 22 blocked shots and a plus-17 rating through 43 appearances while steadily featuring in a top-six role this season.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Monster night for rising star

Rossi scored two goals and added an assist Tuesday in a 5-3 win over the Predators. Rossi also had seven shots, fired five high-danger scoring chances and went 12-for-15 on faceoffs. He has 32 points, including 13 goals, in 38 games this season, which puts him on pace for 69 points. That's a big jump for Rossi, who put up 40 points in 82 games last season. He is really stepping things up with Kirill Kaprizov (lower body) and Jared Spurgeon (lower body) on the shelf.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Sends helper in loss

Rossi produced an assist and two shots on goal in Friday's 2-1 loss to Utah. Rossi has five goals and three assists over nine outings in December. He helped out on a Mats Zuccarello goal in Friday's contest. Rossi has done best when he centers the first line this year, and that's where he's been for the majority of this month. The 23-year-old is up to 27 points, 57 shots on net, 22 hits and a plus-12 rating through 33 appearances. He is well on his way to surpassing the 40-point effort he put together in 2023-24, which was his first full NHL campaign.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Pots goal vs. Florida

Rossi scored a power-play goal in Wednesday's 6-1 loss to the Panthers. Rossi found the back of the net in the latter stages of the first period with a backhand, assisted by Kirill Kaprizov and Matt Boldy, to notch his 12th goal of the campaign. The 23-year-old playmaker has been a key component of the Wild's first line, skating alongside Kaprizov and Mats Zuccarello, and he's up to 26 points (12 goals, 14 assists) across 32 games in 2024-25.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Strikes on power play

Rossi scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 3-0 win over the Canadiens. He also had two shots on net and two PIM. Rossi took advantage of a tired PK unit when he scored with four seconds remaining on a four-minute double minor. The man-advantage marker was his first of the season and gave Minnesota breathing room with 12 minutes left in the third period. Although the Wild had comfortably outplayed Montreal, it was still a 1-0 game and any weird bounce could tie it up. Rossi's up to five goals, nine assists, two power-play points, 32 shots, 10 PIM and is plus-5 through 16 appearances.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Two more points in win

Rossi scored a goal on six shots and added a power-play assist in Friday's 5-2 win over the Ducks. Rossi snapped a seven-game goal drought when he buried a feed from Kirill Kaprizov in the third period. A few minutes later, Rossi returned the favor to set up Kaprizov's second goal of the contest. Rossi took a few shifts on the fourth line in this game, but his return to a more prominent role by the end of the night is encouraging for his long-term usage. He's been steady on offense with four goals, 13 points, 25 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 14 appearances this season.

Rossi notched an assist in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Sharks. Rossi has a helper in four of the last five games, though he's added six shots on net and six PIM in that span. The 23-year-old helped out on a Mats Zuccarello tally in the second period. Rossi is up to 11 points (three goals, eight assists), all of which have come at even strength. He's added 19 shots on net, eight hits, eight PIM and a plus-5 rating over 13 appearances while seeing steady top-line usage.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Helpers in three straight games

Rossi logged an assist, three hits and two PIM in Sunday's 2-1 overtime win over the Maple Leafs. Rossi has a helper in three straight games and four of his last five outings. The 23-year-old hasn't been particularly flashy on offense this season, but he's been consistent enough to get on the scoresheet in nine of 11 contests. He's up to three goals, seven assists, 17 shots on net, seven hits, six PIM and a plus-6 rating. Playing on the top line gives Rossi serious breakout potential in his second full NHL campaign, and he's scoring enough to help in virtually all fantasy formats.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Generates assist in win

Rossi notched an assist and two shots on goal in Friday's 5-3 win over the Lightning. Rossi attempted a centering pass, but it deflected in off Kirill Kaprizov for the Wild's third goal. This was Rossi's third assist in the last four games. The 23-year-old center has gotten on the scoresheet in eight of 10 contests, earning three goals, six assists, 16 shots on net and a plus-5 rating. Ryan Hartman (upper body) returned to the lineup in a fourth-line role Friday, and as long as he stays there, Rossi's top-six job should be safe.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Manages helper

Rossi logged an assist and two PIM in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Penguins. Rossi has gone three games without a goal, but he has two assists in that span. The 23-year-old continues to hold onto a top-six role, though he's seeing time on the second power-play unit. Rossi has been steady so far with eight points (all at even strength), 14 shots on net and a plus-4 rating over nine contests. His stable offense has helped the Wild to a 6-1-2 start, and that's with Ryan Hartman (upper body) missing the last five contests.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Pair of helpers Saturday

Rossi provided two assists to go along with four shots and two hits in Saturday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Kraken. Rossi didn't record a point in the season-opening win over the Blue Jackets on Thursday, but he made his presence felt on the ice Saturday by helping on goals scored by Mats Zuccarello and Kirill Kaprizov. Rossi notched 19 assists and 40 points as a rookie in 2023-24, and he figures to play a pivotal role for the Wild as part of their first line and their second power-play unit.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Pair of points in win

Rossi scored a goal on four shots and added an assist in Friday's 6-1 preseason win over the Blackhawks. Rossi began the game as the first-line center, but Joel Eriksson Ek also saw time in that role. However, it was on the power play where Rossi made his impact. He scored the opening goal late in a double-minor to Patrick Maroon in the first period, and he then helped out on a Mats Zuccarello tally late in the second. Regardless of which line he's on, Rossi is poised to be a major contributor for the Wild this year after generating 40 points in 82 regular-season appearances as a rookie last season.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Earns two assists in win

Rossi provided a pair of assists, including one on the power play, in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kings. Rossi had been limited to three goals with a minus-7 rating over his previous 12 contests. The 22-year-old set up goals by Matt Boldy and Kirill Kaprizov in Monday's victory. The pair of helpers got Rossi to the 40-point mark, and he's added 167 shots on net and a minus-3 rating over 81 appearances in his rookie campaign.

  • Wild's Marco Rossi: Lights lamp twice in Sunday's win

Rossi scored two goals, one the game-winner on the power play, in Sunday's 4-1 victory over Chicago. In a matchup of top rookies, Rossi got the better of Connor Bedard as he potted Minnesota's first two goals of the game in the first period. Rossi's eight tallies on the season is second among rookies to Bedard's 11, and new head coach John Hynes has the 22-year-old skating on the Wild's top line between Kirill Kaprizov and Mats Zuccarello. Rossi's 14 points in 22 contests is already solid, but he could take his production to another level if he hangs onto that assignment.
