In its first game since being ranked No. 1, Duke dropped a 71-66 decision to Ohio State on the road on Tuesday. In that contest, star freshman Paolo Banchero didn't do his usual amount of damage as he scored just 14 points and secured five rebounds.

In addition, during the broadcast of the game, ESPN's Holly Rowe reported that Banchero is a "heavy sweater," and can loses up to seven pounds every game as a result. It was also reported that Banchero has to take a sweat test and drink a special "BOA Oxygenated Fluid" to stave off cramps.

"BOA is breakthrough technology. Its high-powered blast uses oxygen to propel atomized nutrients into your body," BOA's official website says. "BOA's Endure replenishes sodium, which can help you hydrate up to ten times faster. When you're competing or training at maximum output, and rapidly losing sodium, fast matters."

Whatever Banchero is doing clearly appears to be working as he's blossomed into one of the top basketballs players in the country since arriving at Duke, and despite the loss to the Buckeyes, the Blue Devils still have their sights set on a deep run in March to close out Coach K's final season.
