Kemp (hamstring) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Tuesday.

Kemp strained his hamstring making a diving catch Friday against the Pirates, and it appears the ailment hasn't improved much. This injury comes at a very bad time, as the veteran outfielder was batting .500 with two homers prior to the DL stint. The move is retroactive to April 8, so he could be back in the lineup as soon as Tuesday the 18th when the Braves take on the Nationals. In the meantime, however, Johan Camargo will take his place on the big-league roster.
