The 76ers are yet to determine whether Embiid (foot) will be able to play in summer league, Brian Seltzer of Sixers.com reports.

Coach Brett Brown commented Thursday that both Embiid and Jahlil Okafor (knee) are progressing as expected, but it's still unclear when Embiid might be able to make his professional debut. The team has generally kept the situation close to the vest, though Embiid was reportedly showing increased mobility during shooting drills earlier this month. At this point, it seems rather unlikely that Embiid would play in summer league, with a debut during the preseason looking like the more realistic scenario.
