Lewis (ankle) is set to reprise his starting role as the Jets' top left guard for 2020, Olivia Landis of the team's official site reports.

Lewis appeared in 15 regular-season contests with the Jets last season (12 starts), only missing Week 17 due to an ankle injury from which he's now fully recovered. The Jets opted to invest heavily in the offensive line during the offseason, so if Lewis can at least perform at a league-average level in 2020 there's reason for optimism that he could be part of an improved unit. The 28-year-old re-upped with New York via a three-year, $18.6 million deal in March.
