Pacers' Doug McDermott: Sent to Indiana

The Pacers acquired McDermott from the Spurs on Thursday in exchange for a 2029 second-round pick and Marcus Morris, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

McDermott makes for a fairly low-stakes addition for Indiana, who was looking to pick up a sharpshooter to help fuel a playoff run. While he could see a marginally increased role in Indiana, McDermott is still likely to remain largely irrelevant for fantasy purposes, as was the case in San Antonio.
