Dean (neck) was a full participant at practice Wednesday.
Dean was sidelined for Week 4 with an injury he sustained in Week 3 versus Philadelphia, but it looks like he'll be ready to play in Tampa Bay's first game after their Week 5 bye. He should step back in as one of the Bucs' top cover corners Sunday versus Detroit.
