Lang left Monday's game against the Jets with a back injury, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Lang, a two-time Pro Bowler, was injured in the fourth quarter. Kenny Wiggins is the likely candidate to fill in for Lang at right guard as long as he is out.
