Shesterkin will defend the blue paint during Wednesday's home matchup with the Maple Leafs, Arthur Staple of The Athletic reports.

Shesterkin has been razor sharp in the month of January, picking up three straight wins while posting a spectacular 0.67 GAA and .981 save percentage. The 26-year-old netminder will try to extend his personal winning streak to five games in a home matchup with a Toronto team that's averaging 3.41 goals per game on the road this year, fourth in the NHL.
