Olofsson struck on a partial breakaway to give the Sabres a 2-0 lead in the second period, snapping one glove side on Jonathan Quick for his team-leading sixth goal of the year. Olofsson also paces Buffalo with nine points, amassing five of them (three goals, two assists) in his last three contests.
