Vijay Singh accidentally hit a drive off of Marco Dawson's caddie's head during a practice round at Royal Troon on Tuesday. Dawson's caddie's name is William Ciplinski, and thankfully, it looks as if he will be fine after being carted off to the hospital.

According to Fox Sports, Ciplinski was alert after the incident.

Fortunately, the tournament's caddie master Pete Maffey said Ciplinski was awake, sitting up and talking, which is a good sign after a scary accident.

It still looked scary as hell. The incident occurred on the short par-3 8th hole (the Postage Stamp) green as Singh was hitting his drive from the No. 7 tee box. You can see how easy that is to do below.
