Taylor was recalled from the D-League's Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Sunday.
Taylor inked a three-year, non-guaranteed contract with the Rockets back in February, but is still awaiting his NBA debut. Though his call-up makes it possible that he'll see the floor at some point over the final two and a half weeks of the regular season, Taylor is unlikely to play Sunday against the Thunder. Ryan Anderson (ankle) has been ruled out for the contest, but the Rockets remain at full strength in the backcourt.
