Mullen (toe) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Mullen was limited at practice throughout the week, and Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Wednesday that he wasn't confident the defensive back would be able to play in Week 2. Regardless, Mullen still has a shot to make his season debut against his former team Sunday, though a decision on his status likely won't come until closer to kickoff.
