    Analysis

    Maybe these 6.5 totals in the Stanley Cup playoffs are the "Costco chicken" for a few sportsbooks -- a loss leader to just get you in. Well, it's working. I definitely get that chicken for $4.99, and I'm definitely taking this Under. Bit surprised to even see a 6.5. Philly won the first game 3-2 (fourth and fifth goals were both late), and goalie Dan Vladar has been playing lights out since the start of March.

    Raptors reserve Sandro Mamukelashvili grabbed eight rebounds in the Game 1 loss at Cleveland. He had two assists, a steal and zero turnovers. He was only minus-4 in a game his team lost by 13. With Jakob Poeltl struggling against Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen, Toronto turned to Mamukelashvili and Collin Murray-Boyles for 20 minutes apiece. In the three regular-season meetings with the Cavs, Mamukelashvili grabbed six, five and nine rebounds. I like his chances Monday of getting to five rebounds at plus money.

    Analysis

    I think we have a great over opportunity in the Braves-Nationals game despite it being 54° and wind blowing in from left field at 13 mph. The Nationals have gone 15-7 to the over on the season, hitting at 68.2% of their games, and they're going against one of the hottest hitting teams in baseball. The Braves are No. 2 in hitting at .277 and also lead baseball with 122 runs scored on the season. Washington starter Jake Irvin has given up 11 runs between his last three starts, while Atlanta’s Bryce Elder has gone over the total in his last two starts. Over is the play.

    Analysis

    If you happen to be new to MLB betting, historically one of the profitable fade spots in a given season is on a Monday team coming off playing on Sunday Night Baseball -- even better if it had to travel after. That's where the Braves will be. Second straight SNB game for them. They smashed Cleveland on April 12 but then were smashed themselves by Miami the next night. And travel wasn't involved for either as both were home. Now we get road/road. So this is a very fair price, and the Nats were good to us Sunday as +130 home dogs. Can't say I love Washington's Monday starting pitcher Jake Irvin (1-2, 6.16 ERA), though, so will limit this to a half.

    Analysis

    The Tigers have rattled off 8 wins in their last 9 games and that includes two in a row on the road in Boston. Detroit's bats have been underwhelming against righties, but Boston's have been worse in that department and now Boston gets Jack Flaherty, who was great over his last two starts (Royals and Twins). Sonny Gray has been average to start the season and got rocked by the Twins last time out. We've got an edge with the bats and the pitching matchup and a good plus money price for the road team.
