Tiger Woods is currently hosting more tournaments than he's playing. Between the Quicken Loans National and Hero World Challenge, the Tiger Woods Foundation has been quite busy hosting PGA Tour events.

Add Riviera and the old L.A. Open to that list. The PGA Tour announced on Tuesday that the Tiger Woods Foundation would be the new host organization at Riviera in association with Hyundai, which will be the tournament sponsor. The tournament was previously sponsored by Northern Trust.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for my Foundation,” Woods said in a press release. “This is the first PGA Tour event I ever played, and it means a lot to contribute to a community that has supported me and my Foundation for more than 20 years. I’m committed to playing in my Foundation’s events, and it will be exciting to return to Riviera.”

Sweet. The iconic golfer of his generation playing one of the Tour's iconic courses. I'm in.
