One of the very best homecourt atmospheres not just in the NBA, but in all of sports, is in Oakland at Oracle Arena.

The Warriors have passionate fans who don't hold back in their love of their team. They are dedicated, and loud.

But under a new ownership group, the team is looking to move to a new downtown San Francisco arena, and new artist renderings of the arena have been released. (More pictures here.)

"The venue will be located on Piers 30-32 on the waterfront in San Francisco," the team's website says. "This area is in close proximity to BART, Caltrain and Muni stops, ferry terminals and the Bay Bridge, while also being located within easy walking distance of the Financial District in Downtown San Francisco."

The arena will have capacity of 17,500. Oracle Arena currently seats 19,596.

The plan is to move into the new arena in 2017.
