A whole lot of weirdness happened at the end of the Seahawks-Lions game on Monday night. You already know about the controversial play where Kam Chancellor knocked the ball out of Calvin Johnson's hands near the goal line and then K.J. Wright -- apparently illegally, but also maybe not -- batted the ball out the back of the end zone.

Defensive end Michael Bennett wasn't directly involved in the play, so he apparently decided that he needed to top it by saying something even stranger once the game was over.

I can confirm that Matthew Stafford indeed spent much of his childhood and attended high school in Dallas, Texas. Stafford wasn't actually born until 25 years after JFK was shot, though, so I honestly don't really know how to react to Bennett holding the assassination against Stafford other than to let you all know that Bennett said this and then shake my head.

Michael Bennett is not a fan of Dallas or Matthew Stafford. (USATSI)
