When Brandon Marshall was traded from the Bears to the Jets in March, Marshall mentioned during his introductory press conference in New York that he loves Jay Cutler and Cutler's family.

Well, sometimes love hurts because although Marshall seems to feel strongly about Cutler off the field, he doesn't feel as strongly about Cutler on the field.

The new Jets receiver was asked this week to name his favorite all-time teammates and Marshall definitely didn't list Cutler.

Although Cutler didn't make the list, two of Marshall's former quarterbacks did: Chad Pennington and Chris Simms.

Cutler and Marshall played together for six seasons -- three in Denver and three in Chicago -- but apparently, they weren't able to build the teammate connection in those six years that Simms and Marshall built during only one season together in Denver (2009) or the one that Marshall and Pennington built during one season in Miami (2010).

So what's up with Marshall and Cutler?

The new Jets receiver cleared everything up when someone asked how his relationship with Cutler is now that Marshall's been traded to the Jets.

Same? OK, so maybe Marshall didn't clear anything up at all.
