Ramos cancels out Suarez goal late, Real Madrid and Barcelona draw in El Clasico
Ramos came up big late to earn a point
Saturday's El Clasico between Real Madrid and Barcelona was a contest of few chances, and each club managed to take one of theirs.
The two rivals played out a 1-1 draw at the Camp Nou on Saturday, as a late goal from Sergio Ramos canceled out Luis Suarez's 53rd-minute strike.

Barcelona was superior after an even first half but failed to convert on a couple golden chances as Ramos finished off a set piece at the death, with Real leaving with a draw that tasted like victory.
Real entered the match with a six-point lead over Barca at the top of La Liga, and that amount was on the verge of being cut in half with Barcelona leading late. But Ramos, as he does so often, came up with a goal when it mattered most.
Suarez scored early in the second half as Barcelona gained control of the game, finishing off a cross from Neymar. But Barca couldn't put the game away as Lionel Messi and Neymar would both miss golden chances from close. Messi now hasn't scored against Real Madrid in the last five Clasicos in La Liga.
Real Madrid would rally, as Luka Modric found Ramos off a set piece in the 89th minute, with Mascherano falling down while marking the Real man. Ramos leaped and headed home with power to earn his team a point.
