Brewers' Jonathan Villar: Out Saturday with sore knee

Villar is out Saturday due to a sore knee, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Todd Rosiak reports. "Day to day. Could be a couple days. We'll see," manager Craig Counsell said.

He suffered the injury when Josh Harrison slid into third base Friday. Villar had the knee wrapped and was walking gingerly Saturday, so it would not be surprising if he missed the rest of this weekend series against the Pirates. Hernan Perez is starting at third base Saturday, and would likely continue to fill in at the hot corner if Villar misses further time.
