Curry (ankle), who is officially listed as questionable intimated that he expects to play in Game 3 against the Rockets on Thursday, Sam Amick of USA Today reports. "I thought I was good [to play Monday], so my word is not very good on that front," Curry said. "I'm going to approach [Game 3] like I'm playing for sure."

Curry was held out of Monday's Game 2 victory after tweaking his ankle during Saturday's Game 1 win. Judging from Curry's quote, the absence was only precautionary, and it seems likely he'll be back in the fold for Game 3, barring some sort of setback over the next two days. If Curry is ultimately held out of Game 3, Shaun Livingston, who put up 16 points and six assists in 29 minutes Monday, would likely get another starting nod at point guard.
