Cubs-Indians World Series: LeBron James and Dwyane Wade make wager
What's a wager between friends and former teammates?
Earlier in the week, we detailed how Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James has become a vocal supporter of the Cleveland Indians during their postseason run. It just so turns out that James' Indians will be facing one of his friend and former teammate's teams in the World Series.
The Chicago Cubs' victory Saturday night ensured that Dwyane Wade, now of the Chicago Bulls, will have a vested interest in the World Series as well. Naturally, James and Wade have started talking about a friendly wager:
@DwyaneWade Absolutely!! We're placing a nice bet and more on this one my friend! #WorldSeries#RallyTogether

There's no telling just what they have in mind -- though, obviously, both are in a financial position to ... well, you get it -- so we'll have to see if anymore details emerge.
At minimum, consider the World Series to be for bragging rights -- and, you know, that trophy and all.
