LOOK: Max Scherzer's wife apparently threw one of his no-hitter jerseys in the trash

Scherzer wore the jersey during his second no-hitter

Washington Nationals ace Max Scherzer has been enjoying his offseason for about two weeks now.

Turns out that it's a good thing Scherzer was around his home, because his wife apparently might have thrown away one of his old jerseys otherwise. No biggie, right? Except the jersey in question was the one he wore during his second no-hitter:
