Everything was working for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first half of Game 2 against the Toronto Raptors. They shot 57.9 percent from the floor, hit 10 of 15 from beyond the arc, and took a 62-48 lead into the break. When you're hitting nearly as many shots from deep at a clip that the Warriors averaged per game in the regular season, you know things are going your way.

Six Cavaliers players made 3-pointers in the first half -- double the amount of makes the Raptors had as a team. And LeBron James' 3-pointer just before halftime capped off a nearly flawless opening 24 minutes in a way that was bordering on disrespectful, as he spun the ball between his hands TWICE before icing one in front of Serge Ibaka.

Rude.

That is all.
