Spurs' David Lee: Double-doubles Monday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Lee tallied 12 points (4-5 FG, 4-5 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist and one block across 22 minutes in Monday's 110-106 victory over the Pacers.

Monday night marks Lee's first double-double in the last nine games as he has not gotten the minutes to provide these types of numbers. Lee has been efficient over his last three games, going 14 of 22 from the field over that span. It's hard to trust Lee given his minimal playing time, but if he continues to be productive with his minutes, he could be someone the Spurs turn to off the bench more frequently.

Spurs' David Lee: Perfect from floor in Monday's loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Lee posted 14 points (6-6 FG, 2-5 FT) to go along with three rebounds, a blocked shot and a steal over 17 minutes in Monday's 89-74 loss against the Grizzlies.

It was a crazy game, as Lee knocked down all of his shots from the field yet struggled from the charity stripe. Lee misfired on all five of his attempts in Saturday's game, so it was quite the comeback for the veteran. He continues to play about 20-25 minutes off the bench and remains useful only in standard fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams and deeper rotisserie formats.

Spurs' David Lee: Will come off bench Sunday vs. Mavericks
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Lee will come off the bench for Sunday's game against the Mavericks, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.

Lee has been coach Gregg Popovich's starting center with Pau Gasol (finger) out prior to Sunday. However, Popovich has decided to roll with LaMarcus Aldridge at the center position against the Mavericks, and to slot Davis Bertans in at power forward. It's unclear at this time how permanent of a move this is, but he still may see around 20 to 25 minutes off the bench

Spurs' David Lee: Posted double-double in road loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Lee posted 13 points (5-7 FG, 3-4 FT) to go along with 10 rebounds, a blocked shot and a steal over 29 minutes in Friday's 119-103 win against the Spurs.

Lee is on a nice roll over the past five games, averaging 12.6 points and 9.8 rebounds. With Pau Gasol (finger) sidelined, Lee is playing all the minutes he can handle. Once Gasol is healthy again, Lee is likely to go back to his reserve role and will see much less fantasy appeal.

Spurs' David Lee: Will start at center Tuesday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Lee will start at center for Tuesday's game against the Raptors.

Pau Gasol (finger) has missed the last two games, with Lee starting one of those contests, while Dewayne Dedmon was with the top unit most recently. However, coach Gregg Popovich has opted to go back to Lee, as he's been the more effective option of the two. Over the last three games, Lee has posted solid averages of 13.0 points, 11.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists over 31.3 minutes and should continue to be a viable fantasy option in both season-long and DFS options for the duration of Gasol's absence.
