| Bowers expected to miss season: The Buccaneers announced some tough news Thursday after defensive end Da'Quan Bowers suffered a torn Achilles tendon while participating in the club's offseason program. He's expected to miss the entire 2012 season. This news comes on the same day that the Bucs are believed to be moving Ronde Barber to safety from cornerback. Michael Bennett figures to see an increase in playing time with Bowers out. (Updated 05/10/2012) |
