"We’ll find out when the new coaches come in where they’d like me to be at, but I definitely love the inside," Bentley said. "That’s where my game is based at and I’m definitely comfortable on the inside. I think that’s where I can make my name in this league."
In 13 games this year, Bentley had 29 tackles and five passes defended.
Johnson is not going to play through a knee injury. Houston and Bentley came into the week listed as doubtful.
Bentley is dealing with concussion symptoms, and has not practiced all week. Houston has a toe injury and an illness, and was limited Friday.
Bentley was involved in a collision with fellow safety Louis Delmas during a Jerrel Jernigan touchdown catch in the end zone late in the second quarter. He was taken back to the locker room for a possible concussion test. He was out for the remainder of the game.
Bentley had just one total tackle before getting hurt.
Delmas has been on the injury report for weeks due to a knee injury. As usual, he took off Friday's practice. Delmas has played despite missing practice on Friday for multiple weeks now. Ansah was limited in practice each day this week.
