Report: Dolphins sign LB Spencer Paysinger
by Jason Butt | CBSSports.com

The Dolphins signed veteran linebacker Spencer Paysinger to a contract, the organization announced on Thursday

In addition to linebacker duties, Paysinger has been a special teams contributor throughout his four years with the Giants. In his career, he's totaled 140 tackles and one sack. He's hoping to earn a starter's role with the Dolphins

"Every linebacker that plays in the NFL wants to be a starter, but I'm not here trying to undercut anybody or try to throw anybody under the bus," Paysinger said, via the team's website. "I want to come here and play the opportunity that's been provided to me."
