Panthers sign WR Hixon: The Panthers have signed receiver Domenik Hixon according to CBSSports.com NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. Panthers general manager Dave Gettleman was on the front office staff of the Giants when they signed Hixon in 2007. (Updated 4/3/13)
